A jewel of a yoo project in the pearl of South America

Buenos Aires is to become yoo’s 11th project in the Americas, bringing our total value of investments in North, Central and South America to $2.5billion.

The launch of yoo Nordelta in Argentina comes at a time when yoo co-founder , Philippe Starck, was awarded cultural ambassador of Puerto Vallarta for his designs on Icon Vallarta – yoo’s first residential project in Mexico.
Now, in collaboration with developer The K Group, yoo has come to Buenos Aires – a vibrant city with European influences – with the unique interiors of yoo inspired by Starck. yoo Nordelta comprises of 550 apartments situated 30km outside the city.

Private beaches on a lake, wine cellar, a screening room and membership of an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course are just some of the features in store for residents of yoo Nordelta.
yoo’s chairman and co-founder John Hitchcox says Starck’s signature apartments at yoo Nordelta couldn’t come at a better time for South Americans who are looking for unique design in their residences today.
“The markets in the Americas continue to be very receptive to the fresh approach to living that yoo brings. Both Puerto Vallarta and Nordelta have mould-breaking architecture and Starck’s signature interiors, and will fill the growing appetite for unique design in Central and South America,” he says.

There will be 550 one to three-bed residences at yoo Nordelta, ranging from US$135,000-$450,000. A yoo FIT fitness centre and games room have also been included in the original building design by Carlos Ott, the architect behind the Paris Opéra Bastille and Shanghai international airport).

yoo’s recently-launched book, Interiors by Yoo, is on sale now at all good bookshops.
